Fund a Well
A single well, solar pump, and light system can transform an entire community for decades. Your gift directly funds the build that starts it all.

Bring clean, sustainable water to a community and lives change forever. We build the systems, a well, solar power, and light that shines day and night, that let a community take root and flourish. Serving Haiti since 1997.
“Like a beacon on a hill, we provide the systems that sustain a community.”

T.O.U.C.H. Haiti began in 1997 as a heartfelt response to the needs of the Haitian community. Over the years we learned a simple truth: nearly everything a community needs to thrive begins with clean, reliable water.
It all starts with water. When a family no longer has to walk miles for a drink, everything changes, health improves, children stay in school, and the time once spent surviving can be spent building. So we start by digging a well and bringing clean water to the surface.
We believe we are called to be a beacon on a hill, light and life in the places that need it most. The systems we build are meant to outlast us, sustaining communities and reflecting the hope and dignity God intends for every person.

A well is only the beginning. Once clean water flows, people build around it and the community grows. That's when we come alongside them again, teaching them to maintain their solar pump and to expand the water system on their own.
We expand into homes using fast-growing, sustainable bamboo. We provide the shoots and teach families how to grow it, so the very material that pipes water indoors also builds walls and roofs that are easy to repair.
This is empowerment, not dependency. Every person is created in God's image with the talent to build a better future. Our role is to equip them, then watch it snowball, one well, one home, one community at a time.
Lasting transformation, built one sustainable system at a time.
We begin by digging a well, reaching the clean, safe water beneath a community that has gone without it. Clean water is the foundation everything else is built on.
We install a solar-powered pump backed by a 20-year battery, so the water keeps flowing for decades, with no fuel, no grid power, and no recurring cost.
A light system keeps the well completely lit day and night, so everyone can safely reach it at any hour, a literal beacon at the center of the community.
With reliable water and light, people build around the well. Homes, gathering places, and daily life grow up around this new center of the community.
As the community grows, we come back alongside them, teaching families to maintain their pump and expand the water system themselves, so they own it for good.
We provide bamboo shoots and teach families to grow them. Fast-growing and sustainable, bamboo becomes the piping that carries water indoors, often within a single year.
That same bamboo builds homes with walls and roofs that are simple to repair. From one well, a thriving, self-sustaining community grows, and it snowballs from there.
Clean water is where it starts, but it's never where it ends.
A single well becomes a gathering place, then homes, then a community that can sustain and repair itself long after our work is done. The seeds we plant keep growing on their own.
Because the systems are solar-powered and locally maintained, the impact compounds year after year. Families reclaim their time, children grow up healthy, and communities gain the confidence to keep building, this is how change snowballs.
Your support brings clean water, light, and lasting hope to a community. Here's how you can help.
A single well, solar pump, and light system can transform an entire community for decades. Your gift directly funds the build that starts it all.
Well drillers, solar and electrical pros, agricultural experts, and builders: your expertise helps us build systems that last and train communities to own them.
From short trips to long-term partnerships, there's a place for you in this work.
Donate the building blocks: solar pumps, 20-year batteries, light systems, bamboo shoots, and tools, or partner with us to supply them at scale.
We believe this work is a calling. Lift up the communities we serve and partner with us in prayer as we strive to be a beacon on a hill.
Have questions? Want to help fund or build the next well? We'd love to hear from you.
